Holiday in Jamaica

In this post I share a video of a recent holiday in Jamaica. For those of you who do not follow me on social media, Tony and I were in Jamaica in November 2016.

As usual, we had an awesome time. The focus of this trip was researching the rivers in Jamaica. As I have mentioned in previous posts, Tony kayaks for Jamaica and recently The Jamaica Kayak and Canoe Federation was formed. One of the first things Tony will be doing is a fund raiser for the planned  Kingston Aquatic Sports Academy, for which he is the brand ambassador. Tony is kayaking across Jamaica and has the support and sponsorship of the Jamaica Tourist Board’s, Jamaica Sports Office. I will give you more updates in the next few weeks.

Although this trip was primarily to research the rivers and attend meetings in Kingston we still managed to have a holiday and enjoy beautiful Jamaica.

Once completed, we checked into the brand new Riu Reggae Hotel, Montego Bay. On all the occasions that I been to Jamaica, this was the first time I stayed in a hotel, therefore, this was a new experience for me.

I have put together some of the highlights in the video below.
