Welcome to another post
In this week’s video, I explain some of the differences between selfishness and self-love.
Oftentimes, we are confused about the difference between loving yourself and being selfish. We also feel guilty if we love ourselves. As some of you may know I am a mother of 4. I used to battle with this frequently, especially when my children were younger. It was not until I learned the difference between self-love and selfishness that I was able to embrace the notion of saying yes to me and practicing self-love. Practicing self-love had allowed me to gain a tremendous amount of insight into many areas of my life and has helped me to make some wise choices.
