How is everybody?
I am very well. I have not too long returned from holiday with my Husband in beautiful Turkey. We had a wonderful time.
We are really enjoying taking time traveling in the UK as well as traveling further afield. We believe it is important to take time out of our busy work life and also it is part of our bigger dream to travel and creating this aspect of our life is really important to both of us.
And that brings me to something I would like to share with you. You see last Monday, whilst we were away I was scrolling through my newsfeed on Facebook and I noticed a number of posts where people were saying that they did not like Mondays. And that got me thinking, people do not like Mondays because they are doing something that they would rather not or do not want to do.
We all have Mondays but what we do with them or how we perceive them is what will make us either look forward to or dread them.
I know what it is like to dread Mondays. I used to hate going into a job I had for years. However, I had to make the decision that I was going to do something about it so that I could change my circumstances, I had to create new Mondays. And that is what I did. I left that position and decided to follow my dream to start my coaching practice because that job was no longer serving me and was causing too much stress.
Sometimes it only takes a change in perception about our lives or to have a definite goal in place for your life and your Mondays can be less of a drag.

It will really help you to write down what you could do immediately to make a change in your life. It doesn’t have to be a huge one but it needs to be a change all the same.
Remember, stop complaining and start creating as complaining changes nothing, creating changes everything.
