Greetings All
I have done a quick video on the importance of taking time out of your busy schedule to chill and relax. I am away this weekend with my Husband doing just that. I find that it is vital for me to take time for myself.
Think about it. Most of us find ourselves rushing around. We have so many demands on us from our children, work, business, family and even our parents.
If we do not incorporate some down time we can feel harassed, overwhelmed and stressed. This can lead to fatigue and illness.
We sometimes think that we perform better if we keep going rather than to rest but the reality is that we will function much better if we are revitalised and energised.
Have a look at this quick video I would like to share with you.

Remember, to incorporate some downtime into your daily and weekly schedule. Downtime can be reading or writing a journal at the end of the day, or taking time to go to the gym, steam or sauna. Use your voicemail to manage your calls, that is what it is there for. How about some deep breathing or meditation for 10 minutes.
Try some of my suggestions, you will feel much better and you will be able to give more to your family and friends if you are rejuvenated.
Let me know how you get on with adding more rest in your routine.
